Q: When should I arrive at the theater?

A: It is recommended that you arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes prior to the curtain time. Please allow sufficient time for traffic delays and parking. Should you arrive at the theater late or after curtain, you will be held in the lobby until there is a suitable seating break during the performance. In fairness to the performers and fellow show-goers, we ask that you remain in your seat until the performance has concluded.

Q: What should I wear to the performance?

A: Going to a Shen Yun performance is often a special occasion for our guests and they frequently dress up for the event. For some, that may mean a tuxedo or an elegant gown, for others it may mean a business suit or blazer, and for some it may be a clean pair of pants and a polo shirt. We recommend dressing as if you are going out to dinner at a nice restaurant

Q: Are there any accommodations for patrons with physical challenges?

A: There are accessible seating options available upon request. If you require wheelchair accessible and/or companion seating, please mention it to the ticket agent so that they could assist you with your ticket order.

For many children, it is “marvelous experience. A wonderful introduction to the outstandingly rich Chinese culture." (Cliff.com Reviewer 10-year old James & Mom)

“It’s something that every child should see. It’s a great message - a great message for truth, divinity and sense of purpose." (Lisa McLeod, MPP, Canada)

Q: What if someone needs to contact me during the performance?

A: Please TURN OFF all pager, cell phones, watches, alarms, and other electronic equipment during the performance to avoid potential interference to the electronic equipment used in the performance.

Guests cannot be paged at the theater. If someone might need to contact you, please make sure they know your exact seat location (seating section, row and seat numbers). Please do not text message during the performance.
